In preparation for this year’s Nichols Night, our community will come together for a series of Gift Gatherings and Shopping Parties!
These casual pre-event get-togethers, are a fun way to connect with fellow parents, alumni, and friends — all while contributing to the success of our biggest fundraising event of the year as we are able to secure exciting items and experiences for the Auction. Join us as we mix, mingle, and make this year’s Casino Night one to remember.

Wednesday, February 25 at 6 p.m.: 7th Grade Gift Gathering hosted by the 7th Grade Parent Council Representatives
Friday, February 27 at 7 p.m.: Southtowns Gift Gathering hosted by Daniel & Jennifer Coppola P’27,’30 and Mark ‘93 & Maansi Travers P’26,’28 at the Orchard Park T Squared Tees & Taps (10 Centre Dr. Suite A, Orchard Park, NY 14127)
Wednesday March 4 - Saturday, March 7: Shopping Days at Lace & Day. (7974 Transit Rd, Buffalo, NY 14221)
Tuesday, March 10 at 6 p.m.: DJ Trivia Gift Gathering hosted by the Nichols Parent Council
Tuesday, March 24 at 6 p.m.: Cocktail Party Gift Gathering at Hutch’s hosted by Amy & Mark Hutchinson P’28
As a Gift Gathering attendee, you’re invited to bring an item in support of the auction or purchase something during a Shopping Party to donate back to Nichols. Think of items that would make great auction packages — such as unique experiences, restaurant gift cards, sports tickets, or themed baskets — ideally with a value of $50 or more.
Every contribution helps make Nichols Night a winning event for our students and community. Thank you for being part of the fun and generosity that make this tradition possible!
Can’t attend any of our events? On Wednesday, April 15, mark your calendars for our On Campus Gift Gathering at Drop Off & Pick Up. There is no RSVPing for this event.
