Achatz’s work has been featured in several museums, including the Birchfield Penny and the AKG. It was recently announced that Achatz is one of 40 local artists who will have their work featured in the new Highmark Stadium!

This three-layer, hand-cut and painted artwork explores movement, rhythm, and energy through carefully carved forms and layered color. Each cut line creates a sense of pulse and momentum, while the stacked layers build depth and visual flow. The work emphasizes the physical, handmade process—where precision cutting and painted surfaces come together to create a dynamic composition that feels alive.
